Position : Quality Engineer (Medical Devices)
Assistance to Management Team:
? Quality Management contact person for manufacturing and sterile pack. (Centre of Quality Management)
? Maintenance of the Quality System including documentation, customer complaints, internal and external auditing, quality data analysis, CAPA System, and investigations.
? Quality Management Training including ISO 13485:2016 for employees

Responsibilities:-

? Advance knowledge for ISO 13485:2016
? Documentation of process manufacturing, and sterile packaging in accordance with international standards
? Qualification of machinery (IQ/OQ/PQ)
? Experience in internal & external auditing

Position : PRODUCT SPECIALIST
Purpose:-
The Product Specialist knows our products in their composition, application, and effect. This role is the bridge between our product manager in the head quarter & our internal & external sales representatives and the surgeons and nurses in the hospitals.

Responsible fields are:-

? Provide support to the sales team with technical and scientific data, documentation and product expertise related to the medical area of orthopedic trauma
? Provide technical support to nurses and surgeons as required and ensure products are being used safely and according regulations
? Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons and nursing staff in terms of feedback to the products and usage of products
? Support our trainers in major training and education sessions, execute training for smaller groups, individuals on specific topics
? Support our product manager in terms of developing and review technical and scientific documentations and product information material
? Act as single point of contact for customers in terms of input for our R&D responsible and product manager at our head quarter
