MSC in collaboration with AWS “Highlight the Future of Cloud and AI for Thai Organizations”

Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited (MSC), in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (Thailand), hosted the exclusive seminar “AWS re:Invent Recap: Cloud, AI & Thailand Outlook” on Friday, 27 March 2026, at Gallery 1, The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok. The event shared key takeaways from AWS re:Invent 2025, along with practical insights on Cloud, Data, and AI trends relevant to Thai businesses.

The seminar attracted IT executives from leading organizations across industries such as finance, banking, insurance, retail, manufacturing, and services joined to explore ways to strengthen their IT systems and better understand how AI can be applied in their organizations.

The highlighted session “re:Invent 2025: Key Innovations Recap” was presented by Mr. Vatsun Thirapatarapong, Country Manager, AWS Thailand. covering the main highlights from AWS re:Invent, which is AWS’s annual global technology event held in December 2025 in Las Vegas, USA. The session covered AWS’s direction for 2026, with a focus on Cloud, Data, and Generative AI, as well as trends in Cloud and AI adoption in Thailand and key industries with strong growth potential.



He also highlighted the importance of modernization as the foundation for AI, and introduced AWS tools such as AWS Transform and Kiro that help organizations upgrade their systems more efficiently. In addition, the concept of AI-DLC (AI-Driven Development Lifecycle) was presented, showing how AI is changing the way organizations develop and manage their systems.



Another key session, “MSC Offerings,” was presented by Mr. Pheerawit Charuvajana, Head of Cloud Business at MSC. He shared MSC’s approach to Design Thinking Workshops, which help organizations identify pain points, define the right use cases, and create clear development roadmaps.



MSC also introduced an intensive workshop approach jointly delivered with AWS, designed to help customer teams work in a structured and standardized way within a limited timeframe. Key use cases include application migration, cost optimization, and system modernization. The workshop delivers fast, tangible results, for example, some customers achieved up to 66% cost reduction, and projects that typically take three months were completed within 12 hours.



This seminar provided a valuable opportunity for IT leaders in Thailand to stay updated on Cloud and AI trends, understand how technology can support their business, and explore practical ways to apply these solutions. It also helped organizations improve their competitiveness and grow sustainably in the digital era.
