MSC Marks Anti-Corruption Day 2025, Reinforcing Commitment to Transparency
Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited (MSC), a proud
member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) and certified for the ninth consecutive year, actively participated in Anti-Corruption Day 2025. The event, held on Friday, September 5, 2025, at MSC’s headquarters, carried the theme “Stop Corruption 2025.”
Leading the event was Miss Sumateta Jitsiripol President of Finance and Administration Group/ Corporate Secretary/ Chief Financial Officer and the senior officer responsible for accounting and finance. MSC’s anti-corruption policies and practices, aiming to raise awareness across all employee levels.
The event featured engaging activities that encouraged participation, learning, and the cultivation of a transparent organizational culture. Additionally, clear guidelines on whistleblowing and complaint reporting were shared to empower employees to actively support sustainable corporate governance.
MSC reaffirmed its dedication to conducting business in line with good corporate governance principles under the Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework. The company remains committed to accountability, transparency, and ethical governance to create value for all stakeholders. Furthermore, MSC emphasized its ongoing role as a leader in the Thai private sector’s fight against corruption, both within the organization and externally, supporting Thailand’s progress toward a corruption-free and transparent society.
