1. Account Manager / Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive
 
Qualification
• Thai Nationality
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Sales, preferably in IT Industry (or) more than 3 years experience in other related field
• Knowledge of IT Products (both hardware and software) is preferrable
• The candidate who have experienced and knowledge in Product “IBM/HP/SUN/DELL” would be appreciated
• Ability to analyze prospect needs which clearly establishing value of our products & services
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Enjoy multi-task function and team work
• Self-disciplined, Self-motivated and proactive
• Result-oriented with high integrity in Sales Profession
• Good Command of spoken and written English
• Owning vehicle is preferable
 
Responsibilities
 
• Generate Sales Revenue to meet defined target
• To be representative of Company to gather issues and feedback from customers
• Keep closely relationship customers 
• Advise Offering products/solutions to customers/prospects
• Coordinate with presales team to prepare proposal and present solution to customers
• Having good relationship and experience in coordinate with Brand Representatives would be an advantage
• Etc.
 
 
 2. System Engineer / Senior System Engineer (Intel)
 
Qualifications:-
• Thai Nationality, Age no more than 30 Years old
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineer or any IT related fields
• At least 6 months’ experience in hardware, software, OS and backup application implementation
• Strong skill and knowledge in Linux (Redhat/SUSE)
• Knowledge of Veeam Backup, VMWare and VMWare Horizon view implementation is a plus
• Or having knowledge in Security Firewall (Checkpoint / FortiGate/ Juniper / Palo Alto)
• Or having knowledge in Network Product (Cisco / Dell Network / HP Procurve)
• Or having knowledge in Antivirus Product (Symantec / Trend micro)
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with minimal direction
• Ability to work in a team environment , Strong senses of customer service and team spirit
• Continuous learning and professional development
• Good Command of spoken and written English
• Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints

Responsibilities:-
• Install and setup OS for Intel Products such as Linux, Windows server, VMWare and related products
• Install and configure hardware and/or software solutions and make it ready to use for customer
• Track problems found during installation / configuration activities
• Implement Backup System or Security and Network products belongs to customer requirement
• Troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Document detailed system architecture
• Installing, managing and maintaining components in system architecture.
• Assist project team in doing performance test or POC
• Provide post installation and/or maintenance support for customer


3. Presales Technical Consultant
Qualifications:-
• Thai Nationality, Age no more than 30 Years old
• Master in IT, computer science, engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience  in IT Vendor Products Technical consult
• Having experience in Technical Presales area
• Knowledge in Intel Server (Dell / HP / Lenovo – Windows, Linux, and VMWare) or UNIX Server (IBM pSeries), Storage, Backup solution skills
• Or having knowledge in Security and Network Product
• Or having knowledge in Storage Defined Software (IBM / Nutanix / VMWare)
• Or having knowledge in Oracle Database (Dataguard / Exadata / RAC)
• Or having knowledge in Cloud Infrastructure Skills
• Be able to identify product differentiate, provide advice and consult for both Hardware & Software product
• Technical Background such as Storage Management, Intel Platform, UNIX Platform, Middleware applications and/or DBA will be an advantage
• Strong leadership, management, negotiation, and communication, decision-making skills
• Good communication in both Thai and English
 
Responsibilities :-
• Analyze proposed solution and recommend Sales strategies
• Design overall system architecture for enterprise applications such as security, firewall, network, backup/recovery, system infrastructure
• Coordinate with Technical Team and be able to provide knowledge for customers
• Coordinate with sales teams to prepare proposal and present solution to customers
• Advise offering products/solutions to customers/prospects
• Study and understand new products and solutions with related competitors
• Lead & manage POC test to demonstrate product feature to customer
• Work with clients (management, IT, end users) to gather high-level business and system requirements and translate them into project scope, timeline and resource plans
• Managing all communications with respect to the team
 
4. Service Administrator
 
Qualification:
 
• Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related fields
• Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially in using excel sheet
• Good English skill (reading and writing)
• Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skill and communication skill, service mind and self-motivation
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Receive maintenance service call from customer
• Create Service Job and Follow-up service task from Engineer
• Coordinate with Service Team and customer in order to get highest customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with Supplier (DELL, HP, IBM) to complete all pending issue within timeframe
• Create monthly service activity report for customer
• Support Sales Representative in preparing Renew Maintenance Quotation (Hardware, Software and Service Support)
• Support System Engineer to create and record all documentation according to the standard ISO9001:2008
• Keep Certification Record for both Hardware & Software
• Keep and update record on Warranty or Maintenance for Existing and New Customer
• Checking Service staff’s disbursement and record attendant leave
• Prepare ISO9001:2008 Analysis Report and KPI Performance


5. Products & Online Marketing Staff
 
Qualifications :-
• Thai Nationality, Age no more than 30 Years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or Business administration or related fields
• Fresh Graduate are Preferrable
• Knowledge of HTML, SEO
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
• Experience in ecommerce, Email marketing, social media, cloud products, application and any related digital platform is a plus
• Experience in a similar digital marketing role is a plus
• Proficiency in English communication, presentation skills and computer literate.
• Energetic, Creativity, and Result oriented.
• Computer literacy (MS Office). 
 
Responsibilities :-
 
• Develop and execute social media plan, able to track online engagement
• Handle E-commerce business, including Online Sales Activity, co-ordinate with supplier and internal team to create Promotion
• To plan, organize and develop online contents / product promotion and brand website
• Create Search Engine Optimization (SEO) friendly content, Edi and post blog and social media
• Assist in layout of web pages and new content development when required
• Co-ordinate with local website developer for maintaining website with up to date information
• Prepare Monthly Report for management
